Morgan Timbers (Tas) Pty Ltd is a Tasmanian company owned and operated by Tasmanians, and has evolved over the years to become a vital component of the Kevin Morgan Pty Ltd group of companies.

The sawmilling company was established in 1975 by Kevin and Lyn Morgan when they moved a small sawmill from the north eastern Tasmanian town of Mathinna to Launceston.

Since then the business has grown to where it now employs 14 people within the green and dry mills, and future expansion is planned to capitalise on our reputation for a quality product.

Morgan Timbers works closely with Forestry Tasmania to ensure sustainable and environmentally responsible forest and processing practices are used in the production of our timber.
